Kubo Špánik, known in the tattoo world as Kubec WT, is a neo-traditional specialist with a distinct style that blends boldness, elegance, and storytelling. Based at Wolftown Tattoo in Slovakia, Kubo has carved out a name for himself with his clean compositions, fearless use of colour, and a strong sense for skin flow, especially when it comes to complex placements.
In his solo course on Inkademy, Kubec takes you through a full 4-hour armpit tattoo session, sharing everything from his freehand sketching process and workstation setup, to stencil application, skin prep, line work, and colouring. Inkademy was born out of necessity. As tattoo artists ourselves, we realized that many in the industry either had great artistic talent but lacked the knowledge to run a successful business, or they had the business side figured out but struggled with the technical aspects of tattooing. There wasn’t a single place where you could learn it all—how to master the craft of tattooing and build a thriving business. So, Dave and I created Inkademy to fill that gap, combining our expertise and passion for tattooing and business to help artists become truly successful.
How long do I have access to the course materials?

Once you enroll in an Inkademy course, you’ll have lifetime access to the course content. This allows you to learn at your own pace and revisit lessons whenever you need.
We hate that everything is a subscription based model…we go back to one-off product as we do believe, that this is what most people want and deserve!
What makes Inkademy different from other platforms?
Unlike other platforms that focus solely on tattoo techniques, We take a holistic approach. Not only will you master the art of tattooing, but you’ll also learn how to build a personal brand, run your own tattoo business, and market yourself to clients. We cover the full spectrum of what it takes to succeed as an artist.
Furthermore, our courses come with different languages as audio files instead of subtitles only. Of course, you can still find subtitles but you can pick and choose your desired language manually in the videos.
What Languages Are Available?
We plan on continuously updating our language library. From the start, all our videos come with English, German & Spanish audio. Furthermore, you can use subtitles in order to assist with the videos. We generate the dubs ourselves and are planning to incorporate many other languages in the future. We are a 2-man-band only, so we’re working on it as fast as possible.
Do I need to have tattoo equipment to start?
While having equipment would be recommended, it’s not necessary to start. The courses offer a lot of theoretical knowledge and preparation tips, and we guide you through selecting and using tattoo machines, needles, and inks later on. You can begin learning the fundamentals and invest in equipment when you’re ready.
It’s like a university, you learn a lot of the principles and go out into the real world later, however, if you want to follow along with tattoo equipment, you’ll have a great time as well!
Can I take the courses at my own pace?
Definitely. Inkademy is designed for flexibility. Whether you’re learning full-time or squeezing in lessons around your schedule, you can progress at your own pace with no pressure.
Is there a refund policy?
Unfortunately there is no refund. Let me explain why and I’m sure you’ll understand. As it’s a digital product and you’ll basically have immediate access to it all, alongside with all of the documents that come with it, we simply can’t offer a refund.
That being said, our goal is to provide immense value and I am very confident in what we’ve created. I’m certain that a refund won’t ever cross your mind!
